1 To qualify for up to a $300 waiver of Elavon’s six-month equipment rental fee or the monthly maintenance fee, the new merchant account must be established between May 2 and October 31, 2022, and the account must be activated by authorizing and settling a $10 transaction prior to November 30, 2022. Credits will be applied to the Elavon statement within two (2) months following the account activation.

2 To qualify for the $200 Cathay Bank checking account credit, a new merchant account must be established with Elavon merchant services between May 2 and October 31, 2022. Clients must activate their merchant account within 30 days after it is opened and must fund a Cathay Bank Advanced Business Checking or Commercial Analysis Checking account. If these qualifiers are not completed by the required date, the credit will be forfeited. Applicable account fees must be collected before account credit will be processed.

3 Promotion valid on all newly boarded merchant accounts (MIDs) that sign up for a paid talech software package or existing customers that add a talech software plan from 04/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. Qualified talech software packages include talech Starter, talech Standard and talech Premium. To qualify, new accounts must accept and settle $50 in payment transactions in a single day through the talech software within the first 90 days after the approval date. Existing accounts must activate their talech software within the first 90 days after purchase to qualify. An existing account must authorize and settle $50 in payment transactions in a single day to be considered an activation. Merchant accounts (MIDs) have to be activated and actively processing for a minimum of one week and be in an open status at the time of the promotion credit. The statement credit is made within 60 days of the MID meeting the required criteria. The one-time credit value is dependent on the talech software package the customer signs up for and will be applied via a monthly statement credit. Promotion ends on 12/31/2022.
